Home Made Natural Skin

Beauty Skin Mask
In this century, healthy skin is one of the most common health and beauty concerns for people today, and it is no doubt. Our skin is the largest organ of our body, and when our skin does not look or feel good, it is exposed to the world to see.
One of the best forms of home care is natural skin masks. Masks can be made from a variety of ingredients at home to achieve whatever your skin care needs. Most ingredients are easy to find, and very affordable.
The most popular home made mask is a mask of oatmeal. It is a simple mask completely safe, and it works perfectly for people with oily skin. The ingredients are:
1/3 cup of fast cook oatmeal (1-3 minutes)
¼ cup of honey
½ cup of water
Mix water and oatmeal, and cook. Next, set the oatmeal aside to cool and thicken. As it is cooling, mix ¼ cup of honey. When the mask is well mixed and cool, apply a thin layer on the skin.
Be careful when applying this mask around the eyes. Correction of oats that can cause mild eye irritation. Better yet, place a tea bag used on the eyelids to reduce redness or irritation of the eyes.
The way this mask works is simple. Oatmeal mask is in the main “active” ingredients. It works to absorb excess sebum on the skin and pores. Oatmeal helps remove skin cells and exfoliate excess skin. The honey is simply there to put the oatmeal in a pie, sticky consistency that adhere to the skin.
Another treatment all natural skin is to use lemon juice to help exfoliate and refresh the skin.
Lemon juice is a fruit acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid AKA. It works the same way as salicylic acid, except it is 100% natural. It will help exfoliate the skin by reducing the “glue” that makes the dead skin cells to stick to the skin.
This is the easiest you can make masks, and is much more of a “wash” than anything else. The only ingredients needed are water and lemon juice. Mix water Part 1-5 parts lemon juice and massage the solution to your face. Then rinse your face with cold water. Be sure to rinse well, because it can cause skin irritation if left too long.
While all this is natural, it is always best to consult a dermatologist before using a treatment skin care. The right to use these masks are effective alternatives to many expensive chemicals sold in stores.
